Maybe the next egg will work.

Maybe a download was interrupted?
Try
$ rm -r ~/.buildout/cache/dist/schooltool-2.0.3dev-r3350.tar.gz
$ rm -r ~/.buildout/eggs/schooltool-2.0.3dev-r3350-py2.?.egg
