New version of Scratch Ubuntu package

Hi All -

I've just pushed a new version of the Scratch package that incorporates some
fixes to allow the "Help" menu's to work properly. Selecting "Help > Help
Page" or "Help > Help Screens" should now open your default browser window
and display the appropriate help page from the local machine.

Thanks to John for his help fixing this bug!
