Binary package hint: squeak-vm

So that scripts do not have to duplicate the "find where squeakvm is in
lib" logic that /usr/bin/squeak does, we should enable a user to use the
following syntax:

    /usr/bin/squeak [image] [changes] -- [additional parameters]
