Public bug reported:

When using ubuntu 10.04 ClearWeather screenlets stops working once i
have network proxy enabled.

( i use a ssh proxy tunnel   when i am logged in at the coffee shop)

I am using the default network proxy built into 10.04 ubunutu gnome as a
socks host @ 127.0.0.1

by first doing a ssh connect .... ssh -D 5432 user@some+IP_num

I use an SSH tunnel via System--> preferences-->  Network  Proxy
Settings --> manual proxy configuration -  enabled -

I am then unable to  get updates from clear weather screenlets  (could
not reach weather.com . Check your INTERNET connection and location and
try again. -- I am able to surf the web, chat on pidgin via all IM
clients but unable to get ClearWeather .

in the home folder  ~/.config/Screenlets$  there is a log for clear
weather with errors = ClearWeatherScreenlet.log
