Public bug reported:

Tried turning off this useless spam message using Settings.DebugLogs,
Settings.InfoLogs, and Settings.ActionLogs = false, but that didn't stop
the spam. The message is generated by finding within a region. I'd just
like the spam to stop so I can see my own debug messages properly in the
eclipse IDE terminal.
