[Question #148706]: Feature request: Possibility to search for a source png with transparent areas, while those areas are ignored in the comparison.

New question #148706 on Sikuli:

I'm very impressed about Sikuli and its features. I'm using Sikuli for GUI testing and need the possibility to validate screens using a modified screenshot (png) with transparent areas. Those areas should be neglected from the comparison with the captured image when using Sikulies "find" method.
Example: Imagine you have a framed image and you want to validate just the position and appearance of the frame but not it's content. The task gets much more complicated if the desired "mask" has more than one or deformed transparent areas.
At the moment I think there is no function covering this requirement. If you also think that this would be a helpful feature I would be glad if you can add it in one of the future releases.
