Is there any updates how to pass arguments to application process?

e.g. doesn't work:

myApp = App.open('C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msiexec.exe /i "C:\\Documents and
Settings\\test\\Local Settings\\Temp\\My_Install.msi"')

[error] App.open failed: C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msiexec.exe /i
"C:\Documents and Settings\test\Local Settings\Temp\My_Install.msi" not
found
