Tsung-Hsiang Chang proposed the following answer:
Sikuli doesn't provide such a global key listener. Sikuli uses
jIntellitype (for Windows) and jxGrabkey (for Linux) to do this. Since
they are already included in Sikuli, you can call their functions in
Sikuli to capture register global key listeners.
