If your Sikuli script is based on the fact, that something is visible,
it has to be visible on the physical screen in the moment, the script is
running.

I know, that some people are doing this kind of stuff using VNC. With
some X11 things there seems to be a  solution too.

Sorry, but I do not know anything about all that.
