Yep - but there is not enough information.

I have solved the problem.
There were errors in the script due to the commenting.
It seems that commenting using #  doesn't do properly the job.
it comments anything up tot he inserted picture file (.png).
Anything after the insertion is not commented.
This doesn't bother the execution from within the editor - which is fine.
It does prevent the execution of test cases though (basically - the uncommented end of the line causing erros).
And as the editor exits and opens the test execution window there is no way to report the errors. This explains why closing the test execution window doesn't return us back to the editor.
