[Bug 882183] Re: Application closes unexpectedly as soon as I select "exists" or "find".

I also tried running Sikuli on a VM with Windows XP installed. It
seemed to work and I created a script. However as soon as i exported
the executable script and ran it, I got a JAVA error. Then I tried
running the executable script again, it ran, but the sikuli IDE now
won't open. It seems that Sikuli Release build is very unstable which
is a shame because I'd like to explore using it.

Per the faq mentioned, where it says "Changing the code to
type("image%spng" % ".") fixes things."

How does that fix things??? Are you saying that in any script the line
"type("image.png") causes an issue when just simply opening the IDE?
