RaiMan proposed the following answer:
The game developers seem to use a different technique for their mouse
inside the game, so it cannot be accessed by the Java Robot class, that
gives access to the physical mouse for Sikuli. Or they have definitely
blocked the mouse simulation that is done by Java Robot. Their have been
other similar situations with games in the past.

So I guess: no chance to use Sikuli for this.
