The name you should try is "Omnis Studio 5.0.1 RT" as shown in the
process list.
This process list is what Sikuli is scanning to find a running app.
This is strange: You say in /Applications it is Omnis Studio 5.0.1.app, but the process list says, the app bundle used is /Applications/Omnis Studio 5.0.1 RT.app/. This should be shown in the activity monitor too as the first opened file under "Information" for that process calling itself "Omnis".
And the Info.plist of that app should show all this.
