I've just started using Sikuli for actions not possible with Applescript UI scripting, but without getting deeply into Java or Jython.

It is not clear (at least to me) how to go from using the Create Region button in the Sikuli-IDE and drawing a region on the screen to having something useful in code.  Like a region limiting the search area for screen matching.

A sample of functioning code that finds an image and then finds another image in a different, reduced-size region would be helpful and appreciated.
