I tried the same thing and had the same result - In the end, we couldn't
justify the time to port. However, I keep checking back occassionally as
this would be a big boon .NET based toolchains.

If you are in a hurry, there are other ways to do this. Create a java
process and marshall data between that and your .NET process.
