Do you launch it with the sikuli-ide.sh script?
Have you installed the libcv2.1 packages?
I think (but I'm not sure) you also need libcv-dev and libcv-aux.

Other than that, I don't know what the problem is, sorry. Sikuli works
fine on my ubuntu 11.10.
