IDE.bat or "java -jar path-to-sikuli-script.jar my script.sikuli"), then
the internally bundled Jython (version 2.5.2 with X-1.0rc3 since r905)
is used.

So what are the symptoms, when saying: ... but discovered that this
broke sikuli for some reason?
