The problem seems to be in your extension.

I cannot see in your script any uses of your extension (besides get
log(), but that is inactivated by #).

How do you run this? besides the import, your script only contains def()'s and hence no executable code (besides the one, that is executed on import of your extension).
Are you using Sikuli IDE's UnitTest? Don't do it: see faq 1804

If you want, you can send me your extension source zipped to my mail at https://launchpad.net/~raimund-hocke.
