I now understand much better and it also feels good that i kind of understood what it was all about...
Our implementation of Sikuli really relies on fast loading-times so it feels really good that our workaround won't cause any future problems as long as we just use java.
Il make sure to check out your Region class for observing and once again thx for the great answer!
