Ok, you have some reference image (like the Sikuli logo on this page top
left.

To get a base match, you first have to find this image:

ref = find(reference_image)

now you can calculate offsets
cards = [ref.offset(Location(x,y)), ref.offset(Location(x,y)) etc etc]

each card is a region having its top left corner relocated adding the x and y values to ref's x and y.
They have the same size as the reference_image.
