LOL, now I understand the burdensome way you found in the net.
Normal classpath settings does not work, as long as you use the Sikuli
internal script runner.

You have to run your script from command line using Jython (either the standalone or the Sikuli-bundled one) as mentioned there.
In parallel you can develop and save your script in the IDE and you might even run it, to be sure to not have any syntax errors.
But in the current IDE you will always get the mentioned runtime error.
