I wonder why the sikuli.core packages are not available on the public repo.. 
However you can find them in the maven2 repository, e.g. here http://mirrors.ibiblio.org/maven2/org/sikuli/sikuli-core/1.0.1/ , 
just download the sources.jar and extract
