Changing the current version through update-alternatives.
java -version then says its java 6

Verifying with lsof the process running sikuli, all open java related
files are java 6 files.

Anyway its working again, I did not changed anything, and I don't know
why.

I pointed back to java 7, and verified with lsof the process running sikuli, all open java related files are java 7 files, and its working fine.
Now I cannot reproduce the error again.
