Now,  I’m just running the test from eclipse, if it s possible, I would like to run the suite from outside of eclipse, but the main problem now is the java heap space error
If i can avoid the heap space problem without using ant, it would be great as well.

Sure that your test are running using JRE6 and not JDK7?
sorry, the configuration with JRE6 and JDK7 was on an other machine, now I’m using JDK1.6.0_38. The automation with sikuli, using JUnit is working fine.
But only when I run the  tests individually or as a  Test suite with a few test cases.
Run the whole test suite with 50 test cases, leads after 5 test cases to the Java heap space error.
