I've been trying to come up with a solution for hours and I've scoured the answers here and couldn't find one so I hope someone has an answer for how what I'm trying is possible, thank you in advance for reading:

Basically have two regions (Region1 and Region2)
The two regions are exactly the same except within Region1 there are red buttons next to certain elements, and green buttons next to others. Here is an example:

 Region1:                              

(checkbox) John (red *)
(checkbox) Jim (green *)
(checkbox) Zach (red *)
(checkbox) Sarah (green *)

Region2:

(checkbox) John
(checkbox) Jim
(checkbox) Zach
(checkbox) Sarah

What I've been trying to do is get Sikuli to check the boxes in Region2, but only the ones that have a (green *) in Region1. Any help would be much welcomed and appreciated.
