RaiMan proposed the following answer:
In PyDev, the Editor view is not able, to get the needed class/method information from sikuli-script.jar.
This has no effect on successfully running and debugging your scripts.

If you want these editor features, you have to get the source folder
sikuli from the jar (contained in the Lib folder there) and put it at an
appropriate place in your Eclipse environment (e.g. in the site-packages
folder of your Jython used in Eclipse (recommended 2.5.3)).
