RaiMan proposed the following answer:
If something stops to work from one day to another, then usually the
cause are changes you have made in your program or in the environment.

Supposing you have a standard Sikuli X installation in /Applications and use a reference to 
/Applications/Sikuli X/Contents/Resources/Java/sikuli-script.jar (implemented using a variable)
in your projects libraries setup, this should work for Java projects.

So look out for other aspects that might have changed or are different.
With the above setup, loading libVisionProxy.jnilib is not your problem.
