In 1.0.0 exit from the main loop functions properly, but exit from a
hotkey or observe handler still closes the IDE.  Do you want a new bug
report?

Bug description:
  Whenever I run a script that uses Exit() to stop the script, the
  Sikuli IDE shuts down as well.
