[Question #231348]: How to download setup for 32 bit windows & is it support the tag commands

Hello, i am fresher for Sikuli. First of all i could't install the set up for 32 bit windows xp home edition. Second thing is that i wanted to know 
1) it support web based  tag commands? 
2) It supports only GUI interface?
3) Can i use Variables in it? 
4) what if location changes of the image. 
5) can i set data source  files for scripts like csv file?
6) Can i run scripts on my servers?
