RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Usually this is a problem with the captured images, that are taken in
one system environment and then used in another, where visual objects
are rendered differently.

This is especially true, when you are sure, that the produced image file
after Screen.capture() really has the expected content and not a black
picture.
