Yes, i developing image search solution using opencv. But i don`t
understand how define isSameColor() and isBlack(). Because using simple:

      cv2.matchTemplate(img_gray, template, cv2.TM_CCOEFF_NORMED)

don`t give good result with some template, maybe its problem when
template  isSameColor() or isBlack().
