Clearly stated, that this does not work yet.

… and it was also stated clearly, to not use the folder where you have
earlier versions. sorry.

Bug description:
  trying to install on Win 8.1 x64  (sikulixsetup-1.1.jar)
  setup crashes without a message - see logfile for further information

  I also suggest uploading a portable zip file like you did in the past.
  I used to work with Sikuli quite a lot so it's quite aggravating to
  not even have a basic working version anywhere now.
