As a base did you use my modified version of HTMLTestRunner according to faq 1804?
The mentioned zip contains a working example.

At least the dir parameter (where to store the screenshots) is missing in:
runner = HTMLTestRunner.HTMLTestRunner(stream=outfile, title=' Auto Report', description='BOS Receipting...' )
