I am having a similiar issue on Windows 8.1 getting this error message
in the log file:

[error (01.07.14 11:48:27)] ResourceLoader: loadLib: Fatal Error 110: loading: VisionProxy.dll
[error (01.07.14 11:48:27)] ResourceLoader: loadLib: Since native library was found, it might be a problem with needed dependent libraries
C:\myFiles\Testing\SikuliX\libs\VisionProxy.dll: Die angegebene Prozedur wurde nicht gefunden
[error (01.07.14 11:48:27)] ResourceLoader: loadLib: Check, wether a valid Sikuli libs folder is in system path at runtime!
[error (01.07.14 11:48:27)] ResourceLoader: loadLib: Running Setup: ignoring this error for now
[error (01.07.14 11:48:27)] RunSetup: null
[error (01.07.14 11:48:27)] RunSetup: Something serious happened! Sikuli not useable!
Check the error log at C:\myFiles\Testing\SikuliX\SikuliX-1.1.0-Beta2-SetupLog.txt
[error (01.07.14 11:48:31)] RunSetup: Functional test Java-API did not work
[error (01.07.14 11:48:31)] RunSetup: ... terminated abnormally :-(
[error (01.07.14 11:48:31)] RunSetup: Something serious happened! Sikuli not useable!

Any solutions are welcome.
