Thank you so very much for the quick response.

I should have been more specific.

The software under test on PC 2 and PC 3 cannot even have any files put
on them.

PC 2 & PC 3 are locked down and under configuration control while
testing is performed.

If I read your answer correctly, XML-RPC would require files to be
placed on PC 2 & PC 3.  Did I read it correctly?

More than likely, PC 2 & PC 3 already have JAVA - so that would not be a
problem.

I'm assuming that if the files required for XML-RPC are not put on PC 2
& PC 3 that XML-RPC will not work; correct?

With this added feedback, what are my options?
