I think I'm getting close.
I managed to import the project into netbeans.
I had to modify my pom file so my runnable jar would find the main class,Here you can find the pom.xml

I created the running jar and opened it again with 7zip. Surprise surprise, the resource folder is gone and the sikuli folder is there!

However if I run the runnable jar I got a new error :( :
