Sorry, but autoit cannot be used this way in SikuliX, because the
mentioned Python package is not pure Python language and containes
C-based codings (it is a wrapper for a dll).

This is a general restriction, because SikuliX uses Jython, which is Java based and only compatible on the language level (2.7).
Only modules completely written in Python language can be used.
