I get error message, but saving is done.

Does the tab title in IDE change from Untitled to new script name?

Please use 
runsikulix.cmd -c -d 3

on commandline to start IDE.

This directs all messages/printout to commandline and switches on
debugging level 3.

Now do the steps:
File-New
Input as "print("aaa")"
Save as

and send the debug output to my mail sikulix---at---outlook---dot---com.
