RaiMan proposed the following answer:
If you did not do anything else than running SikuliX setup:
- delete the setup folder and anything, that you moved elsewhere from here
- delete the folder Sikulix in your application data area (pointed to by environment variable %APPDATA%)

that's all.

SikuliX 1.0+ setup does not change anything in your system besides
adding the above 2 folders.
