RaiMan proposed the following answer:
Depending on which level you script/program (Python or Java) you have to
get the appropriate OpenCV package.

Put the stuff in your environment as needed and script/program against
the OpenCV API.

This way you can mix the usage of features in both packages.

BeAware: SikuliX 1.1.x has OpenCV 2.4.x bundled (but not in a way, that
it is useable for you). Take care that your OpenCV package is used in
different "namespace".
