JDBC has been loaded to C:\jdbc - next suggested step was to 

Open a command prompt and browse to C:\JDBC
jar uf “C:\Program Files\Sikuli X\sikuli-script.jar” com
jar uf “C:\Program Files\Sikuli X\sikuli-script.jar” microsoft

What are these instruction doing and how do I run them ?
