You have a problem with the OpenCV libraries and SikuliX wants to point you to one of the GitHub Wiki entries:
https://github.com/RaiMan/SikuliX1/wiki

Nevertheless: this should not lead to an exception. I will fix that with
2.0.5.

There should be also an error message in the console output (run script
from commandline).
