This message just appears in the message box before I do anything.

console: Failed to install '': java.nio.charset.UnsupportedCharsetException: cp65001.

I tried to ignore it.
It works fine except outputing chinese characters which seems like gibberish.

Is there anyway to fix this problem?

I'm using Windows 10 x64 1909
Java ver. : 1.8.0_251  x86_64
