  Settings.MinSimilarity in SikulixOptions.txt not working

Bug description:
  1.1.0(2015-10-05_17:07)/Windows6.1/Java8(32)1.8.0_66-b18

  The settings file SilkulixOptions.txt contains:
  Settings.MinSimilarity = 0.9

  But the MinSimilarity is set to 0.0

  Only the setting of a floating point value is not working.
  Using something like Settings.MinSimilarity = 9 in "SilkulixOptions.txt" works.
  The MinSimilarity is set to 9 (which makes no sense of course).
