[Bug 644901] Re: 'save' is misleading

 

Vladim, I do not agree:

Other programs (for example, Libre Office) also save all pages of the
current document when you hit "Save", not only the currently active
page. And all of these pages go into one document. The same thing
happens with Simple Scan when you save in PDF format. That is consistent
and expected behavior. When saving to formats that do not handle multi-
page documents well (for example PNG or JPG), Simple Scan creates one
file per page. I think this behavior is reasonable, understandable and
somewhat expect-able.

I could rather imagine a menu item "Export current page" that saves only
the current page. On the other hand I do not see much demand for such a
thing...

Bug description:
  Document-Save implies it will save one, current item - while it should
  be renamed to 'Save All' because it actually decided to go ahead and
  save the rest of my 49 scanned images as well on it's own.
