I've just completed two design tasks from the "Enhancements to ratings
and reviews" blueprint

*   [mpt] design how to present "show more reviews in different
    languages"
*   research weighting/ranking for reviews

Weighting/ranking for reviews should use, unsurprisingly, the same kind
of Wilson score confidence interval formula as for "Top Rated" in
applications themselves. But it's much simpler in this case, because
here we just have helpful vs. unhelpful, rather than 5 star ratings.

I've also sketched how someone might toggle between showing the most
helpful reviews and the most recent reviews.

Showing reviews in different languages I had mostly specified already,
