I think the biggest visual change at the moment is to convert
non-technical listings (e.g. subcategories and multi-item exhibits)
from list views to tile views.

I'm not sure whether search results should be shown as tiles as well.
I guess it would be a bit slower than a list view, which is more
important when the results are constantly changing while typing. And
with a search, we can't predict ahead of time whether they're
searching for an application or something else. What do you think?
