Hi,
First of all, nice job. I've tested your sony-laptop module on my Debian 
sid, and it works fine. I reach a power consumption of 12,1W.
The led is  lighted on stamina mode. lspci still show the nvidia card. 
sysfs access works too.
I'm taking a look on the source code of the module.
