Hey David,

I've just installed arch linux on mine, and it seems the arch initramfs
doesn't play well with spaces. That means passing acpi_osi="!Windows 2006"
results in a kernel panic when initramfs starts loading. The problem is the
space between Windows and 2006. I've been unable to escape it at all. Other
distros don't seem to have this problem. For now, I boot once while pacing
acpi_osi, reach the kernel panic, then reboot without it. This gets the
'speed' light on, and allows the nvidia card to work correctly. Have you
been able to avoid this at all?

As for libgl conflicts, I've had none, but then again I only use speed mode,
and haven't bothered with trying to get swapping yet. One thing at a time =)
