Can you do the following:
- go into /sys/class/rfkill
- type
for i in */name ; do echo $i ; cat $i ; done
end send me the output
- then search for "sony-wifi" in the list, say it is rfkill1 (could be
some other index)
- then do cat rfkill1/state (but change rfkill1 to the one for sony-wifi)
and send me the output
- then do echo 1 > rfkill1/state (as root)
I have no idea why it hard hangs, that looks rather surprising...
